Triton Air Spray Guns
Graco introduces a new Triton fine finish spray package. When paired with the AirPro gun, the Triton spray package applies a high quality, decorative finish to wood and metal parts. The Triton air-operated diaphragm spray package offers low pulsation output and smooth pump changeover for a consistent spray pattern and is a more effective alternative to traditional pressure pots and standard diaphragm pumps. It offers quick color changes and fast material refills to save customers time and money.

TIP 1K Thermal Process Controller
EIT, known for UV process control, has expanded to also provide process control for thermal applications. The TIP 1K Thermal Process Controller can be used for drying or curing of adhesives, coatings and resins, and for heating, sealing, and maintaining a reliable, controlled air flow level.
Eliminate the need for thermocouples in the hot air stream. Digitally control the output of air temperature, flow rates and velocities at the heater exit. Heater burnout due to loss of air flow is virtually eliminated. TIP stand-alone assembly works with conventional line voltage.

Single-Pass Inkjet Printing Line
The combination of the well established and reliable Bürkle finishing technology with the novel and modern digital inkjet printing technology opens up completely new possibilities for a totally customer oriented surface decorating and coating process. Wood grains and individual patterns and designs can be printed digitally onto veneered or pre-coated MDF, HDF and particleboard in a single pass. Photo-realistic printing results can be achieved at feed speeds up to 30 m/min. (98 fpm) with a resolution of 460 dpi.

Pilot Maxi
Walther Pilot North America offers three variations of the Pilot Maxi hand gun. They include the Maxi HD for conventional spraying, the Maxi MD for medium pressure, and the Maxi ND - the HVLP version which can be used for applying dispersion adhesives. All are available in nozzle/needles sizes from 0.3 to 2.5 mm with gravity or pressure feed versions. Their light weight, molded Teflon coated body with ergonomic handle has no exposed threads. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel and because of Walther's patented, quick change, self adjusting needle seal packing no tools are required.

MonoCure UV System
The MonoCure UV System incorporates a unique reflector design that provides an intense, focused band of UV energy for superior performance on the most challenging heat-sensitive substrates. Nordson Corporation will display the system at the IWF Show, Booth #8362. The compact MonoCure lamp head combines a unique primary and secondary UV reflector design. Its advanced design and superior performance make it the obvious choice for most wide-width industrial applications. Several features of the MonoCure system help users improve the productivity and efficiency of their curing operations. Dichroic reflectors reflect useful UV energy while absorbing harmful infrared energy. Water-cooled lamp head and filtering tube absorbs direct infrared energy and keeps it from adversely affecting heat-sensitive substrates. Shutter-less design provides the dependability of no moving parts. No ozone is produced outside the lamp head, eliminating the need for costly air extraction systems saving thousands of dollars on installation and operation. Elimination of cooling air keeps the lamps and reflectors cleaner for reduced maintenance, longer service life and optimal UV performance.

CoolWave® 2 610 UV Curing System
Nordson CoolWave 2® 610 Curing UV System provides greater application flexibility and system durability at lower cost of ownership. The lamphead has no internal gasketing for reduced maintenance costs and downtime. Cooler operation results with proprietary dichroic-coated, glass reflectors that absorb heat-generating IR energy and reflect beneficial UV to the substrate. This provides unmatched durability and intense UV without the damaging heat common with metal reflector systems. The fully variable controller includes UV power output that is adjustable from 20 to 100 percent of full power in 1 percent steps. A patented, digital readout of cooling pressure offers at-a-glance monitoring of the lamphead's internal cooling air pressure. Remote parent machine interface offers multiple methods of connection for seamless integration with PLCs.

AirPro
Graco's new AirPro air spray guns offer a cutting edge aircap and nozzle design to optimize spray performance and increase transfer efficiency in wood finishing applications. The guns are lightweight, ergonomic and have an ultra-light trigger pull to reduce operator fatigue. Gun is lighter (410 grams) and better balanced, making it easier to spray at a steady rate all day. Available in conventional, compliant and HVLP models.

3-Color-Printing Line
Bürkle is exhibiting a 3-Color-Printing Line consisting of three Grain Printing Machines DRUMA-M for the direct printing of grain of all kinds of wood species or other patterns and designs onto precoated particleboard, MDF, HDF and OSB panels. The direct printing process is getting more and more popular in the furniture and board industry and is even used for the production of laminate flooring. High durability and scratch resistance can be achieved due to new developments in the coating field. Bürkle's Printing Machines DRUMA offer a high printing accuracy combined with a high line performance and availability as well as a good and easy machine operability. Besides the Grain Printing Line DRUMA-M, Bürkle will show also a Surface Finishing Line.
